Friday, December 9th, 2011I have a HP Photosmart c4795, I hadn’t used it all summer, then I went print a pdf file and it would just print blank paper, then I tried to print a word document and it was the same issue. I tried reinstalling the software, then I printed something from google and it printed just fine, but I still couldn’t print pdf and word documents. So. Frustrating.

When I convert it to PDF in Adobe Acrobat (9), it makes a subtle, yet very real, change in the layout of the pages. When printing a MS Word doc into a PDF, how do you keep the hyperlinks active?
Tuesday, December 6th, 2011I’m using MS Word 2003 and I have Adobe Acrobat 7.0 as my PDF printer. When I print out the word doc into a PDF, the word with the hyperlink is printed as being underlined but the cursor doesn’t see a hyperlink when I mouse over it.
To further add to my issue here: I created an MS Word doc in which I’ve embedded hyperlinks. When I print this Word doc as a PDF, the links are underlined, but they are not accessible in the PDF. I know links can kept active in PDFs with Adobe Acrobat 7.0, but I don’t know how. Thanks to all who’ve answered so far and those who may answer still!
I Need a Good PDF to Word File Converter?
Monday, December 5th, 2011I have a PDF document that I need to reproduce. It is password protected so the PDF converting software I found wouldnt convert it. I tried to scan it and then convert the jpg file to PDF but it wont do it – only image file to another type of image file. I created this form at my last job – it took months. I sent it to the printer contracting with the company and he sent me the PDF file for my approval. I didnt keep the original Word file since I had the PDF file. I didnt realize that the printer password protected the file. Now I work for a different company and need to recreate the form. I dont want to start from scratch!!! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
